When placing an order,

the customer agrees

to the following:

 

  • Please allow 2 to 4 weeks for delivery.
  • Once the order is processed and production begins, no changes can be made. 
  • Please check to make sure that all aspects of your order are correct, including:  item selection, garment size, garment color and quantity. 
  • Imprinted garments cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Illian Crafts and Design, Inc. will not accept responsibility for errors that the customer did not find during this final inspection.
  • Illian Crafts and Design, Inc. reserves the right to, when needed, alter some thread colors on the imprint based upon the color of the garment.  This helps the image fit in with the garment color.
  • Some garments run "out of stock" and are therefore not available at the time that the order is placed.  We do our best to supply you with the exact garment manufacturer and style.  However, Illian Crafts and Design, Inc. reserves the right to substitute garments that are compatible with one another (same color, style, thread composition).  We will try to contact you before making a substitution in order to obtain your approval.
