Illian Crafts and Design, Inc. reserves the right to, when needed, alter some thread colors on the imprint based upon the color of the garment. This helps the image fit in with the garment color.
Some garments run "out of stock" and are therefore not available at the time that the order is placed. We do our best to supply you with the exact garment manufacturer and style. However, Illian Crafts and Design, Inc. reserves the right to substitute garments that are compatible with one another (same color, style, thread composition). We will try to contact you before making a substitution in order to obtain your approval.
