Please read and proof your invoice and artwork carefully.

• Production will not begin until the customer approves all components of the order and the appropriate down payment is received.
• Proofing includes the correct client information (address, phone, etc.), correct spelling on the invoice and image, image selection and coloring, the image size and placement, garment size, color and quantity.
• Once the order is approved and production begins, imprinted garments cannot be returned. Blank garments that are returned are charged a 25% restocking fee along with corresponding shipping charges.
• Illian Crafts and Design, Inc will not accept responsibility for errors that the customer did not find during this final inspection.
• Customers ordering from Illian Crafts & Design for the first time may be required to place 100% of the order value down, if the order is $100.00 or more.
• Orders requiring service within 1-3 days will be charged a rush fee of $50.00.
• Orders requiring service within 4-5 days will be charged a rush fee of $25.00.

"The undersigned hereby represents the company listed on the original invoice, gives complete permission to Illian Crafts and Design to use any copyrighted image for the said company in this transaction, and has full power and authority to execute this Agreement and to consummate the transactions contemplated hereby for the company listed. The invoice number received by the undersigned details exactly what was ordered and is true and correct. I understand that all orders over $100.00 require pre-payment of at least 1/2 of the invoice total before any processing of this order will begin. "
